Message	It's due to excessive casting flashing in the cooling passages. I've had one engine plagued by this as well. It now sits on a stand in my garage waiting to be rebuilt. Mean while my spare engine took its place and doing it's thing. Sorry to hear about your engine. Look at some options and then yank it out.
